We would like to inform you of some upcoming changes at Myhealth Rockdale that will take effect from March 1, 2025. These adjustments are made in alignment with the Royal College of General Practitioners' guidelines on billing policies and consultation fees.

Myhealth Rockdale is a Mixed Billing medical center conveniently located in Rockdale Plaza.

Our aim is to provide the highest standard of patient care with professionalism, respect, integrity, and excellence. We are committed to promoting wellness through disease prevention. We strive to achieve the best possible health outcomes for all our patients.

This brand-new, purpose-built center offers a full range of medical services with Physiotherapy/ Allied Health and Pathology onsite. We pride ourselves on offering a friendly, convenient, accessible, and professional service to all our patients.

Please note that Myhealth Rockdale is an appointment-only clinic, so be sure to book ahead.

IMPORTANT: Whilst we make every effort to fit in all patients, we may NOT be able to take any walk-in patients around busy periods and closing hours.

*LONG APPOINTMENTS: Please call us if you have any inquiries regarding your bookings (eg. care plans, health assessments, iron infusion, excision, wound dressing, workers’ compensation, and child vaccinations). Unfortunately, we do not offer long appointments on weekends or Public Holidays.

Important Announcement: Changes to Gap Fees Effective 1st March 2025

Dear Valued Patients,

Please be advised that from 1st March 2025, there will be an adjustment to our gap fees:

Weekdays (Monday–Friday)

Short Consultation: $30 gap fee
Long/Complex Consultation: $50 gap fee
Patients with concession cards will continue to be bulk-billed where applicable.

Saturdays

Gap fee: $30–$50 (determined at the GP’s discretion).
Applies to all patients, including concession cardholders.

Sundays & Public Holidays

$50 gap fee for all consultations, regardless of concession status.

We appreciate your understanding and continued support. If you have any questions, please speak with our reception team.

Non-Attendance / Cancellation Policy

A $50 fee will be applied for no-shows or cancellations with less than 1 hours' notice. Please note that you will be unable to see a GP until the fee is paid. If 3 or more appointments are missed, online booking will be disabled, and future appointments will need to be scheduled by phone.
